Mediterranean Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Pesto Sauce (#403010)
  • 1 ready-made Pizza Crust (#210940)
  • 1 cup chopped Sun-Dried Tomatoes (#350010)
  • 1 cup chopped Artichoke Hearts (#361055)
  • 1 cup wilted Spinach (#340201)
  • 4 oz grated Feta Cheese (#192210)
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives (#330191)
  • 4 oz mixture of Grated Asiago, Mozzarella and Provolone Cheeses (#190545, 140050, 150050)
  • Olive Oil (#280290)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Brush pizza crust with olive oil and spread pesto over the crust, leaving ½ inch border.
  3. Top with sundried tomatoes, olives, artichoke hearts, and spinach.  Cover with cheese.
  4. Bake the pizza on an oven rack for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
