Italian Chicken Bake

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast Halves (#261253)
  • 2 Onions, thinly sliced (#340032)
  • 1 small can Tomato Paste (#400880)
  • 1 large can Diced Tomatoes (#400990)
  • 1-1/2 tsp Oregano (#450120)
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper (#450440)
  • pinch Salt (#110610)

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in a 9×13 inch pan, single layered.  Sprinkle with onions.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.  Pour sauce mixture over chicken.
  3. Bake 40 minutes at 400 Degrees F.  Sprinkle with 2 cups of shredded Mozzarella Cheese (#170212)
  4. Bake 20 minutes longer.
