Horseradish Stuffed Shrimp Wrapped in Bacon

This delicious recipe was submitted by Delco Credit Manager, and resident baker, Sharon Polley.

Ingredients:

  • Raw 13/15 P& D Shrimp (#371042)
  • Volpi Pancetta (#251200)

Directions:

Thaw shrimp, remove tail.  Slice open back.  Stuff shrimp with drained horseradish (not the creamy kind).  Wrap with 1/2 slice bacon or pancetta.  Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Old Bay.  Broil til bacon is crisp, flip – broil on other side.  Serve with cocktail sauce.
