Easy Chicken and Artichoke Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 chunk Chicken Breast 12.5 oz (#261253)
  • 1 prebaked Pizza Crust, 10 to 12 oz (#210100)
  • 4 Roma Tomatoes, thinly sliced (#340098)
  • ½ tsp Minced Garlic (#360190)
  • 1 jar Artichoke Hearts, 6 oz.; marinated, drained and coarsely chopped (#361000)
  • ½ tsp Dried Basil Leaves (#450001)
  • 1 ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 6 oz. (#170660)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees F. Place pizza crust on baking sheet.
  2. Top pizza crust evenly with tomato slices. Sprinkle with garlic. Top with artichokes and chicken. Sprinkle with basil. Top with cheese.
  3. Bake pizza 12 to 17 minutes or until cheese is hot and melted.
