Preheat oven to 425 F. Cut chicken into one inch pieces. In large skillet, heat garlic oil. Add chicken and cook for ten minutes or until internal juices of chicken run clear. Stir in seasoning and remove from heat. Combine ricotta and mozzarella; spread on pizza crust. Spread spinach over cheese mixture; add chicken and tomatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
