Bellissimo Caper Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 T. Capers, drained (361100)
  • 4 T. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (#280390)
  • Juice of half a Lemon

Directions:
Finely chop the capers. Place in a saucer and bathe in lemon juice. Slowly add olive oil, mix until it reaches a smooth consistency.
